THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED 
Please check your on receipt of your item that there is no damage as all damages need to be reported within 24hrs. In most cases when the item has been received damaged I do not need the item to be returned back to me,instead I require that photo's of the damage are sent to email address joanne_ison@icloud.com with the details of the damage and your user id. The reason why I have this as my policy is so the consumer does't have to take time out of a busy day to go to the post office and also outlay the return postage cost.  In the unlikely event I do need the item returned postage costs will be covered. 

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE 
Please ensure that all purchases are inspected thoroughly upon delivery. If your item is faulty or defected we must be notified by email within 24 hours. Where possible we will arrange for a replacement item or part to be sent.  If the sending of a replacement item or part is not possible we will either refund upon receipt of the goods back or offer an immediate refund. 

I KNOW LONGER REQUIRE THE ITEM 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item we will gladly accept it back for a full refund provided your initial request to return the item is within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your initial request to return the item is after 30 days from the date of purchase unfortunately we would be unable to accept the return request.  All returns must be received in perfect original re-saleable condition in order for refunds to be granted. If the item you return does not arrive in perfect re-saleable condition we cannot offer any refund.  
Once your item has been returned to us, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that the return postage costs are non refundable if the product is the the wrong size,colour or if you have changed your mind.We comply with all long distance selling regulations and refund the original postage cost.  To help me deal with your return as quickly as possible, please provide the following details within the parcel when returning unwanted items: 
- Your name and address clearly marked out 
- Your order/item number 
- The number of items being returned and for what reason 
- Please state whether you would like an exchange or refund 
- Or a print out of the auction / invoice

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. 
I am sincerely apologise if this occurs but we are human and make mistakes.  Please DO NOT just send the item back,contact me first through the website or via email and I will resolve the issue. Once the item is received back I shall refund in full or send the correct item out - which ever is your preference.
